During a prayer session, a team member received an impression of a woman in black in a specific building, connected with the issue of cataracts. Later that day, while passing the building, the team spotted a woman in black and decided to follow the impression. After stopping for coffee and cake at a nearby café, the team member with the vision asked the café owner if she had eye problems. She confirmed, and the team prayed for her.
While enjoying their drinks, two members spontaneously sang “Happy Birthday.” This led them to ask a nearby patron if it was her birthday, which she revealed was next month. They prayed for her as well and invited her to a church event on her birthday. The woman in black overheard and expressed interest, receiving a flyer and a card with a sparrow drawing and a verse, “Look at the birds… your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?” (Matthew 6:26).
The impact of this encounter was profound. The café owner experienced the love of Jesus through prayer and encouragement, and the patron was touched by the divine timing and care shown by the team. Both women were invited to explore a deeper relationship with God, and the team left knowing they had followed God’s leading to bring hope and connection to those they met.
